…is a Government Pricing Analyst for The McKelvey Group, supporting the team with pricing operations. Mr. Pray performs pricing support tasks including but not limited to: creating compliance matrices, running labor surveys, and determining direct labor rates. Mr. Pray also performs project control functions and supports clients on business valuation projects. Mr. Pray assists with daily supervision, onboarding, and training of pricing staff.
Mr. Pray’s organizational skills are valuable for planning, recordkeeping, and other administrative functions. His proven time management skills allow him to manage multiple project deadlines. He is an ambitious worker who learns new systems and processes quickly.
Mr. Pray graduated from Salisbury University in May 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and in May 2015 with an MBA. He has previous experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and an Insurance Sales Intern.
