Mr. Levine has successfully led M&A activities for small to medium sized companies for Fortune 500 deals.

Some of Rich’s career highlights include leading the negotiations, terms and conditions for the 1995-1996 merger of Coleman Research Corporation (120M) with Thermo Electron; participating as a member of the acquisition team for Thermo Electron, which subsequently became a subsidiary of L-3 Communications; and overseeing the bid and proposal activities ranging from $1 million – $300 million per year with DoD, BLS, FAA and other areas in the Federal Contracting space.

Mr. Levine was named CFO of the year (Finalist by Washington Business Journal 2010) and CFO of the year (Finalist by Smart/CEO 2009). Mr. Levine holds an MBA from Bryant College and his BS in Accounting from Husson College. Mr. Levine has Top Secret/SBBI Poly (Active) Clearances.
